A pantry-friendly wrap built from canned tuna, charred corn, and bright lime-chile dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 scallion, minced
- 12 lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Char corn in a hot pan with oil.
- Mix tuna, mayo, chili powder, lime juice, scallion, and corn.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill briefly if desired.
Assembly
- Spoon tuna mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately.
