Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade or very fresh tuna, cubed
  • 1 tsp neutral oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp aji amarillo paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced

Preparation

  1. Sear tuna briefly in hot oiled pan, 30 to 45 seconds per side.
  2. Mix soy sauce, aji paste, sesame oil, and lime juice.
  3. Toss cucumber and avocado with a pinch of salt.
  4. Warm rice.
